yeap, it's real and it's legal. there are several anti-rifle laws out there, but this rifle is not baned by anyone. it turns out that the law defines a rifle with specific parts like a collapsable stock, a bayonett slot, a 30 round clip, and dark colors. so this rifle has a fixed stock, no bayonett slot, a 10 round clip and bright pretty colors, with the mascot hello kitty on the barrell to increase its cute and non-evil friendly-ness. thus it is a rifle and its legal, so take that big brother.
